ALMA offers customers a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date, no questions asked. This page details the refund window, what it applies to, and how to request a refund.

§114-Day Refund Window

ALMA offers customers a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date, no questions asked. This applies to SaySo monthly and annual subscription charges, including renewal charges (each renewal starts a new 14-day window from that transaction date). Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method where possible.

§2How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@alma-ads.co.il with your registered email address and the transaction date. We will process the request through Paddle and confirm by email once the refund is issued.

§3About the Operator

SaySo is operated by ALMA, the legal business name registered in Israel. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, Ireland, acting as Merchant of Record.
